HJ-325 is a specialized synthetic polymer additive designed to be added to Melamine Resin or mixtures of Melamine and Urea-Formaldehyde resins. Its key features include:
· Dust Control: It prevents resin "powdering" (dust formation) during the impregnation process.
· Specialized Application: It is particularly suitable for solid color papers and metallic (silver powder) papers with high resin content.
· Surface Quality: It renders the surface of the impregnated paper smooth and clean.
· Equipment Protection: It effectively prevents resin dust from sticking to cutting knives and the rubber rollers of shearing stations, specifically during high-humidity seasons (such as the Plum Rain season).

· Usage and Dosage: This product is added during the adhesive manufacturing process at a dosage of 0.15–0.3% of the total adhesive quantity.
