Melamine faced chipboard (MFC) is a type of engineered wood product that is commonly used in furniture and cabinetry manufacturing. It is made by taking a particleboard core and laminating melamine decorative paper to the surface. The result is a durable, cost-effective, and attractive material that can be used for a wide range of applications.

How to Make

Melamine Faced Board?

The manufacturing process of Melamine faced Chipboard (MFC) is almost the same as that of MELAMINE MDF: they both used laminate hot press line,the raw board and melamine decorative paper are laminated together through high temperature and high pressure. The difference is that the raw material are different ,MFC raw board is used chipboard, melamine MDF raw board is MDF, and the lamination process settings are also slightly different, the rest of the process is basically the same.
