The laminates veneer paper is a surface decoration material which laminate melamine paper to engineered veneer recon veneer by short cycle hot press. Normally we make it into synchronized veneer paper or deep embossed veneer paper.

Melamine Plywood with Melamine Veneer Paper ?

First glue the plywood, then lay our melamine veneer paper on the plywood,after hours cold pressing,then put them in the muti-layer hot press for hot pressing, final trimming it.
Comprared with the direct lamination process,the quality of melamine plywood made by this process is more stable, and you don't need to make a cold storage room to store the melamine paper, also do not need to prepare various designs of press plate,the investment in equipment is also less . So the price is more competitive in the market.

1. Coat glue on both sides of MDF or particle board
2. Lay Westrong melamine laminates veneer sheets on both side of raw board
3. Cold press for 3 hours
4. Trimming
5. Done
